RECONSTITUTION OF NOMINATION COMMITTEE
Shareholders are advised that the Nomination Committee of SA Corporate ("the Committee") has been reconstituted with
immediate effect as follows:
1. Ms Emily Mauristene Hendricks, as new interim chairperson of the board of directors ("the Board"), as chairperson;
2. Mr Mabotha Arthur Moloto as a member; and
3. Mr Ebrahim Suleman Seedat as a member.
Mr Jeff Molobela, as the former chairman of the Board, will no longer serve on the Committee.
