FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT – DISPOSAL OF INVESTMENT IN AMECOR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on the
Stock Exchange News Service on 14 December 2018 in which they
were advised of Stellar Capital's agreement with First Carlyle
Growth V, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSSAF Radiowave
Holdings Proprietary Limited (previously named K2018615178
(South Africa) Proprietary Limited) for the disposal of the
entire issued share capital of Amalgamated Electronic
Corporation Limited ("Disposal").
Stellar Capital is pleased to announce that the last of the
Conditions Precedent have now been fulfilled and accordingly
the Disposal is unconditional. We expect the Disposal to be
implemented on 1 July 2019.
