DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN THE COMPANY
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
in accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form
from Old Mutual Limited ("Old Mutual"), declaring that Old Mutual has, in aggregate, acquired
a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total beneficial
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Old Mutual amounts to 10,03% of the
total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
