RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of
the following changes to the Board of Directors of the Company (‘Board'):
- Mrs Nonyameko Mandindi (Non-Executive Director and Chairman);
- Mr Michael Upton (Non-Executive Director);
- Mr Edward Williams (Non-Executive Director); and
- Ms Cora Fernandez (Non-Executive Director)
have tendered their resignations with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Nonyameko, Michael, Edward and Cora for their invaluable contribution to
the Group since their appointments in July 2017 under challenging circumstances and takes this
opportunity to wish them well for their future.
