Further to the SENS announcement dated 7 May 2019, and in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that FluidRock Governance Group
Proprietary Limited has been appointed as the interim company secretary of the Company with
immediate effect.
The board of directors considers that FluidRock Governance Group Proprietary Limited has the
requisite knowledge and experience for the position. The shareholders will be advised when a
permanent company secretary is appointed.
