TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a
trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the
next period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.
The Company hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that for the year
ended 30 June 2019 that the earnings per share is expected to be between a loss of -24.42
cents and a loss of -28.50 cents, compared to the earnings per share of 20.37 cents, being
between 220% and 240% lower than the year ended 30 June 2018.
Headline earnings per share is expected to be between a loss of -24.38 cents and a loss of -
28.44 cents, compared to the headlilne earnings per share of 20.33 cents, being between
220% and 240% lower than the year ended 30 June 2018.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the auditor of the Company.
