CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the AfroCentric board of directors
("the Board") hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Thinus Alsworth-Elvey has been appointed to the
AfroCentric Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2019:
Thinus, who holds an LLB and a B Proc, currently also serves as CEO: Strategy and Special Projects, Sanlam
Group since 2017. He has also served as CEO of Momentum Corporate and Momentum Investments.
The Board congratulates Thinus on his new appointment and looks forward to his contribution to the Group
going forward.
