RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listing Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Ben Pierre
Malherbe ("Mr Malherbe") has made himself unavailable for re-
election to the Company's Board of Directors ("the Board") and
has therefore resigned as a non-executive director of the
Company, with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Mr Malherbe for his valuable
contribution to Calgro M3 during his tenure on the Board and
wish him well in his future endeavours.
