CHANGE TO THE FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr Mohsin Tajbhai
("Mohsin"), an executive director on the Board, has been appointed as Chief Executive
Officer of the Company, with effect from 1 July 2019.
Mohsin was appointed as an executive director of the Company in November 2018 and has
been serving as the acting Chief Executive Officer since January 2019.
The Board congratulates him and wishes him well in his new role.
