Kibo Energy PLC ("Kibo" or the "Company"), the multi-asset, Africa focused energy company, is
pleased to announce that its 2018 Annual Report which contains its full annual financial statements for
the period ending 31 December 2018 is now available on its website at: http://kibo.energy/wp-
content/uploads/KIBO-Annual-Report-2018-Final.pdf. For those shareholders who have indicated to us
a preference to receive hard copies of the Annual Report these will be dispatched to them next week.
The Company had intended to provide its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") coincident with
publication of its Annual Report but as arrangements for the AGM are still in progress details will now
be announced in due course.

advanced power generation and mining projects in Sub-Saharan Africa and the UK, utilising established
