Shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") are hereby advised that the Company's
annual report ("Annual Report"), incorporating the full audited consolidated annual financial
statements of the Company for the year ended 28 February 2019 ("Annual Financial
Statements") was dispatched to Shareholders today, 28 June 2019, and contains no
modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on 3 June 2019.
The Annual Report and the Annual Financial Statements will also be available on the
Company's website, at http://www.afdawn.co.za/emags/annualreport2019/#/1/ as from
today, 28 June 2019.
NOTICE OF AGM
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10:00 am on
Wednesday, 7 August 2019 at the BDO Cape Town office, 6th Floor, 119 – 123 Hertzog
Boulevard, Foreshore, Cape Town to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM
which forms part of the Annual Report.
The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 2 August 2019, with the last day to trade
being Tuesday, 30 July 2019.
