Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 24 May
2019 regarding the distribution of a circular to obtain approval for the
name change of the Company to Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited.
Shareholders are advised that the resolutions were approved and adopted by
the Company in terms of section 60(2) of the Companies Act.
Altogether 1 193 280 969 shares were voted, representing 79.69% of the total
number of voting rights that were entitled to be exercised in relation to
the matter.
