POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the notice of annual general meeting together with the summary audited consolidated
financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 was dispatched to shareholders today, Friday, 28 June 2019
and is available on the company's website, https://www.equites.co.za/shareholder-notices.html.
The company's annual general meeting will be held at 09h00 on Friday, 26 July 2019 at our offices, 14th Floor Portside
Tower, 4 Bree Street, Cape Town.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
16 July 2019 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 19 July 2019.
