Notification in terms of section 122 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008
In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and section
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
the Company has received formal notification from Newshelf 702 (Pty) Ltd, who have notified
Clientele that they have disposed a direct beneficial interest of 1.23% of the total issued
shares of Clientele to Yellowwoods Trust Investments (Pty) Ltd, an investment company of
the Hollard Foundation Trust.
Newshelf 702 (Pty) Ltd's total direct beneficial interest in the Company now amounts to
29.58% of the total issued shares.
