RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Mrs Nonhlanhla Mjoli-Mncube, a non-executive
director of Tongaat Hulett ("the company"), having served
on the Board for more than 9 years and deciding to create
an opportunity for succession, has communicated her
intention to resign from the Board with effect from 30
June 2019.
The Tongaat Hulett Board has expressed its gratitude to
Mrs Mjoli-Mncube for her valuable contribution as a
director of the company during her tenure.
