EXTENSION OF SPAC LISTING

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 26 June 2019 wherein
it was communicated that the Company made an application to the JSE to extend AEP's SPAC listing.
Shareholders are advised that the JSE has granted the Company an extension until 31 July 2019. The
extension allows the Company time to engage with relevant stakeholders and regulators for the
possible conclusion of a viable asset.
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a further announcement is made.
