Integrated report
Further to Delta's reviewed provisional condensed consolidated results for the year ended
28 February 2019, published on SENS on 3 June 2019 (the "Published Financial Information"), the
integrated report was distributed to shareholders on 28 June 2019 and is available on the Company's
website, www.deltafund.co.za. The integrated report and auditor's review report contain no changes
to the Published Financial Information.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Delta will be held in the boardroom at the Company's
registered office, Silver Stream Office Park, 10 Muswell Road South, Bryanston, on Wednesday, 18
September 2019, at 10:00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the integrated report.
The record date, in terms of section 59 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, for shareholders to be
recorded on the securities register of Delta in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 13 September 2019.
