POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE
OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report containing the audited annual
financial statements for Adcorp for the year ended 28 February 2019 has been posted to
shareholders today, Friday, 28 June 2019. There have been no changes from the provisional
summarised consolidated financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 released
on SENS on 20 May 2019 and the subsequent announcement on SENS on 23 May 2019. The
2019 integrated annual report is also available on Adcorp's website at www.adcorpgroup.com.
Adcorp's annual financial statements were audited by the Company`s auditors, Deloitte &
Touche. A copy of their unmodified audit report is available for inspection at the Company`s
registered office, Adcorp Office Park, Nicolway East, corner William Nicol Drive and
Wedgewood Link, Bryanston.
The annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held at Adcorp Office
Park, Nicolway East, corner William Nicol Drive and Wedgewood Link, Bryanston on Tuesday,
30 July 2019 at 8:30, to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting
forming part of the integrated annual report.
The record date on which shareholders must be recorded in the register maintained by the
transfer secretaries of the Company for the purposes of being entitled to attend and vote at
the annual general meeting is Friday, 19 July 2019. Accordingly, the last day to trade shares
in order to be recorded in the register to be entitled to vote is Tuesday, 16 July 2019.
