Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report and detailed Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 August 2018 are available on the Company's website
www.unionatlanticminerals.com. The Annual Integrated Report has been posted to
shareholders today, 8 July 2019, and contain no modifications to the consolidated audited
results as published on SENS on 4 July 2019.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Union Atlantic will be held in Suite
405, 4th floor, Lougardia Building, 1262 Embarkment Road, Centurion, 0157, South Africa,
on 5 August 2019 at 10:00am to transact business as stated in the notice of the Annual General
Meeting. The notice of the Annual General Meeting forms part of the 2018 Annual Integrated
Report.
The record date for shareholders to be recorded as such in the securities register of the Company
in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is 29 July
2019. The last date to trade to be able to attend, participate and vote at the Annual General
Meeting is 24 July 2019.
