FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE DISPOSAL OF THE CHOBE TESCO
PROPERTY
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 30 May 2019 ("Terms Announcement") regarding the
disposal of the Tesco Building in Newcastle, England (and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise
stated), shareholders are advised that, all conditions precedent have now been fulfilled and the Disposal has
become unconditional. The purchase consideration, as set out in the Terms Announcement, has also been
received by the Company.
The effective date of the Disposal of the Property will be 8 July 2019.
