In accordance with the terms and conditions of the PSG Konsult
Treasury ZAR3,000,000,000 Note Programme, investors are
herewith advised of the buy-back of the PSG Konsult Treasury
KST01 Note, due on 12 July 2020, with the trade occurring on 9
July 2019. The reason for the buy-back is to optimise the
deployment of surplus cash.

listed on the JSE with effect from 12 July 2019, being the
