CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Ingenuity shareholders are advised, in compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, that Mr Keith Getz has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to
Ingenuity's board of directors with effect from 9 July 2019.
Mr Getz is a practicing attorney with over 39 years of experience in the areas of takeovers and mergers,
corporate restructuring, stock exchange listings, private equity, black economic empowerment
transactions, regulatory compliance, exchange control regulations, commercial law contracts and
generally advising corporate clients both nationally and internationally. Other directorships include Mr
Price Group Limited and Trematon Capital Investments Limited.
Mr Getz's skills in corporate governance and strategy will add substantial value and further credibility to
our well-regarded board.
We look forward to Mr Getz's contribution to Ingenuity and welcome him to the Board.
