APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr Keshan Pillay ("Mr Pillay")
has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect
from 11 July 2019.
Mr Pillay is a senior investment professional with a wealth of experience in the investing,
financing and structuring of corporate transactions. He is the CEO of Makalani Management
Company for the past 11 years, previously an executive director at the Mineworkers
Investment Company and has also held a number of non-executive directorships of various
listed and unlisted companies during his career.
The Board welcomes Mr Pillay and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
