VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE RESIGNATION OF REBOSIS DIRECTORS FROM NEW FRONTIER BOARD
Rebosis shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on Friday, 12 July
2019, regarding the disposal of the Company?s entire 49.35% interest in New Frontier Properties
Limited (?New Frontier?) via the disposal of seven wholly-owned subsidiaries, which each have a
shareholding in New Frontier (?Transaction?).
As a consequence of the Transaction, Messrs Sisa Ngebulana and Robert Becker have resigned from
the New Frontier board with effect 11 July 2019. The Transaction, coupled with these resignations,
closes the remaining chapter of any business Rebosis has with, and support provided to, New Frontier.
