Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 27 May 2019, in which it was noted that Grant
Harris had been appointed as chief operating officer and director of Indluplace, with effect from
1 August 2019.
Indluplace hereby advises that Grant will now be joining the company on 15 July 2019.
