Resignation of executive director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mrs
Samantha Samuels has resigned as an executive director of Jasco
with effect from 15 July 2019.
The board of directors are pleased to announce that Mrs Samuels
will enter into a Supplier Development contract with the group,
which will retain her experience and expertise to continue with
assisting the execution of the group's B-BBEE and diversity
strategy.
Change in status of non-executive director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59c of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr
AMF (Pete) da Silva has changed his status as a non-executive
director of Jasco and will act as an alternate director to Mr
JM Madungandaba with effect from 15 July 2019.
