assets in aggregate, for the 3 month period ended 30 June 2019, is available for inspection at the following
website https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/vineyard-road-investments.
Prospective noteholders are further advised that there have been no replacements or repurchases of assets in
the pool, for the 6 month period ended 30 June 2019, due to a breach of the representations and warranties
contained in the agreements underlying the asset-backed debt securities.
