Credit Event and Partial Redemption Notice
In accordance with paragraph 7.44 of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised of the credit
event which has occurred in relation to RALLYE SA, being the
reference entity of the notes on or about 24 May 2019.
We also refer to the DC Resolution in respect of issue number
2019052401 dated 28 May 2019 whereby the Credit Derivatives
Determinations Committee for the EMEA Region resolved that a
Bankruptcy Credit Event has occurred:

In accordance with the provisions of the Confirmation, the
Cross-Currency Swap Transaction shall partially terminate per

to the Securities shall bear the same meanings in this notice,
