ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS on 6 June 2019 and 25 June 2019 regarding an
independent investigation by Advocate JJ Reyneke SC into allegations by a whistle blower (the "Independent
Investigation").
The report of the Independent Investigation has been received by the Company and concluded that there was no evidence
of fraud or corrupt conduct by members of Management. The Board is giving due consideration to the conclusions and
recommendations to improve governance and processes where appropriate.
