RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the:
• previous cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 6 June 2019;
• quarterly update released on SENS on 25 April 2019, in which shareholders were advised that
the Board is pursuing a proposed transaction in the chrome industry ("Chrome Transaction");
and
• SENS announcement, dated 29 July 2016, relating to the voluntary suspension of the
Company's shares on the JSE Limited,
and are advised that the Company is continuing its discussions regarding the proposed recapitalisation
of the Company and the Chrome Transaction.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution should they enter into any off-market trades
in relation to their MRI shares until a further announcement is made.
