RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"),
shareholders are advised that Mr Carel Petrus Snyman has resigned as Chief Financial Officer with effect from
31 October 2019.
The appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer will be done in due course.
The directors of Advanced Health thanks Carel for the valuable contribution he has made to the Company.
