NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT
AND PARAGRAPH 3.83 OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008
(the Act) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, holders
of ordinary shares in the Company are advised that Legae Peresec
Proprietary Limited has formally notified the Company that it has
increased its beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, which
it holds on behalf of its clients, to 5.03% of the ordinary share capital of
the Company.
Huge will file the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel as
required in terms of section 122(3) of the Act.
