1. NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE
REPORT
Further to the SENS announcement released on 17 July 2019, shareholders are advised that
Invicta's 2019 Integrated Annual Report and Social and Governance Report will be available on
the Company's website www.invictaholdings.co.za from today, 24 July 2019. Printed copies of
the documents are available on request from info@invictaholdings.co.za.
2. NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will be held at 3rd Floor, Pepkor House, 36
Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria, Cape Town, on Thursday, 26 September 2019 at 09:30.
The record date used to determine which shareholders are entitled to participate and vote at
the AGM is Friday, 20 September 2019, with the last date to trade being Tuesday, 17 September
2019.
The summarised financial statements and notice of AGM will be posted today, 24 July 2019, to
those shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communication. The notice of
AGM is also available on the Company's website www.invictaholdings.co.za. Printed copies of
the documents are available on request from info@invictaholdings.co.za.
3. NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF B-BBEE COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company's annual compliance report in terms of section
13(G)(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, as amended, is
available on the Company's website www.invictaholdings.co.za.
