NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that Mr Willem Oberholzer, an independent non-executive director of the
Company, has resigned from the board of directors and committees of the Company with effect from 31 July
2019. Willem resigns as a non-executive director to contribute in an executive role within a Group equity
portfolio and to pursue his other business interests.
Willem joined the board in March 2017 and has made a significant contribution. The board of directors
extends its appreciation to him for his services to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Company considers the appropriateness of the board and committee compositions on an ongoing basis
and will make a further announcement relating to the replacement of Mr Oberholzer in due course.
