FURTHER NOTIFICATION OF TOP-UP PAYMENT TO SCHEME PARTICIPANTS IN TERMS OF THE
SCHEME
Further to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 15 July 2019,
Scheme Participants are advised that the Consortium has reached an agreement with Scheme
Participants collectively holding more than 50% of the Torre Shares that the Top-Up Payment to
Top-up Participants should be referred to Deloitte & Touche, who will make a final determination
in this regard.
If the determination of the Top-Up Payment is finally determined by Deloitte & Touche to be more
than R0.00 per Torre Share, such Top-up Payment will be controlled, administered and paid to
Top-up Participants by the Transfer Secretaries, Link Market Services South Africa Proprietary
Limited, on 15 August 2019.
