RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Zernobia Lachporia has resigned as the company secretary of Adcorp for personal reasons. Her
resignation is with immediate effect. The board of directors extends their appreciation to Ms
Lachporia for her contribution to Adcorp and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
The FluidRock Co Sec Proprietary Limited has been appointed as company secretary of Adcorp
with immediate effect.
