CHANGE IN AUDITOR
Shareholders are advised that following a formal tender process initiated by the Company, which
included the existing audit firm, a decision has been made to appoint a new auditor. Nexia SAB&T,
with Johandré Engelbrecht as the designated audit partner, has been appointed as the new
external auditors effective immediately.
The main reasons considered by the Audit Committee were due to the growth of the group, the
pending rotation of the audit partner and the Company needing a larger audit firm with an in-
house IFRS advisor. Accordingly, the audit services of Moore Stephens have been terminated by
mutual agreement. The Company will consider using the services of Moore Stephens for projects
or internal audit going forward, due to their knowledge of the group.
The board of directors of Pembury extends its appreciation to Moore Stephens for their hard work
and contribution to the Company over the past four years.
