CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Sebata ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Siphiwe Nodwele has been appointed
as an independent non-executive director of the Company and chairperson of the Audit Committee with
immediate effect.
Siphiwe has over 9 years of executive management experience across various sectors, and has served
on multiple Audit and Risk Committees. He holds both an LLB and LLM degree, which the Board believes
will beneficially complement the current expertise of the Board.
The Board welcomes Siphiwe and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
