APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr Jayde Moita ("Mr Moita")
has been appointed as company secretary of the Company with effect from 30 July 2019.
Mr. Moita obtained his Baccalaureus Legum from the Rand Afrikaans University in 2004 and
practiced as an attorney in several practices before joining the Company in 2014 as the
in-house legal advisor. Jayde specialised in commercial and intellectual property law and has
over 15 years' experience in various aspects of law including commercial and business law,
franchising and corporate governance.
The Board welcomes Mr Moita and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
