Update on the Reflex Solutions Proprietary Limited acquisition.
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on
19 July 2019 in which it was advised that the arbitration
process with the minority shareholders of Reflex Solutions was
concluded on 17 July 2019. As indicated, the arbitrator found
in favour of Jasco.
Shareholders are further advised that the parties have accepted
the outcome of the arbitration and have waived their respective
rights to appeal or review the arbitration award.
