NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC
EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that a publication containing the summarised consolidated results of the Company for
the year ended 31 March 2019 and the notice of annual general meeting, has been dispatched. The Company's
integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2019
(on which the auditors expressed an unmodified opinion), is available on the Company's website –
https://www.peregrine.co.za/Report/2019 and contains no changes from the reviewed provisional annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2019 which were released on SENS on 20 June 2019.
The annual general meeting will be held in the main boardroom, 5th Floor, Katherine Towers, 1 Park Lane, Wierda
Valley, Sandown, Sandton, at 09h00 on Thursday, 5 September 2019.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
27 August 2019 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 30 August 2019.
Shareholders are further notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003
read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, is available on the
Company's website – https://www.peregrine.co.za/Content/Transformation.
