FURTHER EXTENSION OF SPAC LISTING AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 June 2019 wherein it was
announced that the JSE had granted the Company an extension until 31 July 2019 in which to complete
the acquisition of its Viable Asset.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company has requested a further extension from the JSE,
and the JSE has granted the requested extension, until 30 September 2019. The extension allows the
Company time to engage with relevant stakeholders for the possible conclusion of the Viable Asset
acquisition.
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a further announcement is made.
