its financial information within the four-month period stipulated in the JSE's Debt Listings Requirements.
Accordingly, this announcement is issued to warn holders of debt securities that the issuer has failed to submit
its financial information timeously and that the listing of the issuer's debt securities and registration of
programme memorandum ("programme") is under threat of suspension and possible removal.
If the above issuer still fails to submit its financial information by 30 August 2019, then the issuer's programme
and the listing of its debt securities may be suspended.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of debt security holders.
