Further to the announcement released on SENS on 5 February 2019 regarding the acquisition of the
business of Medicare Private Hospital and the property company, being Magnacorp 84 Proprietary
Limited (and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated), shareholders are advised that,
all conditions precedent have now been fulfilled and the Acquisition has become unconditional.
