RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGE IN COMMITTEE COMPOSITION
Shareholders of L2D are advised that Mr Brian Azizollahoff has resigned as director of the Company with effect
from 2 August 2019. Mr Azizollahoff served as Lead Independent Director and a member of the Audit and Risk
Committee. The board of directors of L2D ("Board") would like to thank him for his contribution and service.
Following his resignation, Mr Wolf Cesman has been appointed as Lead Independent Director and Ms Lynette
Ntuli as member of the Audit and Risk Committee, both effective 5 August 2019.
The Company will commence with a process for the appointment of additional independent non-executive
directors to the Board.
