shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Board Committees of Sappi
Limited :
The Board is pleased to announce the appointments to the following Committees with effect
from 01 August 2019 :
- Audit and Risk Committee : Ms J Stipp
- Social, Ethics, Transformation and Sustainability Committee : Mr B Beamish and
Mr J Lopez
- Human Resources and Compensation Committee : Mr B Beamish
