Resignation of a Director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that David Edley has resigned as Group Financial Director of the
Company with effect from 30 September 2019.
David has advised the company that he will be relocating offshore with his family in October
2019 to pursue new interests. The Board would like to thank David for his service and
contribution to the Group over the past 8 years and wish him well with his new endeavour.
The Nominations Committee has commenced the process to appoint a successor and details
will be announced in due course.
