CHANGE IN AUDITOR DUE TO ACQUISITION OF AUDIT FIRM
Shareholders are advised that Stellar Capital has been
informed that its auditor, BDO Cape Town Incorporated, has
been acquired by the BDO Network and will be operating as part
of the BDO South African Firm ("BDO South Africa Incorporated"),
with effect from 1 August 2019. The Company's designated audit
partner remains unchanged.
Stellar Capital, through its Audit and Risk Committee, will
undertake the necessary assessment of BDO South Africa
Incorporated, as prescribed by the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements. This process will be completed before BDO South
Africa Incorporated signs its next audit report, as the
Company is deemed to be appointing BDO South Africa
Incorporated as its auditor for the first time.
