Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on the Stock
Exchange News Service earlier today, wherein they were advised that BB Investment Company
Proprietary Limited had acquired a beneficial interest in Adcock Ingram ordinary shares, such that
the total interest in the ordinary shares of Adcock Ingram held by BB Investment Company
Proprietary Limited now amounts to 51.14% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
In fact, the total interest in the ordinary shares of Adcock Ingram held by BB Investment Company
Proprietary Limited now amounts to 50.14% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
