CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of the results of annual general meeting of RH
Bophelo released on 2 August 2019. As per ordinary resolution number 2, shareholders are advised that
Mr Peter Mehlape did not offer himself for re-election and has resigned from the Board effective
2 August 2019.
Mr Mehlape's resignation was in order for him to pursue other opportunities in the healthcare sector. The
Board wishes to thank Mr Mehlape for his valuable contribution to the RH Bophelo Board.
